We particularly like this implementation of Easycart. Gene Deems of the Maryland Department of Natural Resources kept it simple and we commented on it here in the office. (Keeping it simple can be unusual in government and "big" business.)

So we were naturally happy to hear they had won an Intergovernmental Award for their Easycart ecommerce site.

A quote from the citation: "DNR's entry, ... focused on the success of DNR's online store. Since its debut -- with a $500 startup investment", the store has served 8,000 customers and generated over $375,000 in revenue.
