The sales tax amount you enter here should be the percentage that would be applied when a customer from your state makes an online purchase. Please enter it as a whole number rather than '.05'.  EXAMPLE = 5.75 is correct.

(Sales tax will be ignored on out-of-state orders.)

(The next denominator must be just
ONE CENT over the previous figure.)
ALSO the final table must end with "and over".  Just the words - and over - not the quote marks.  

You might wish to use this option to reduce shipping prices based on sales such as-
$0.00 to $25.00 .......$10 S&H
$25.01 to $50.00.....$15 S&H
$50.01 to $100.00...$20 S&H
$100.01 to  and over.... 0    (See above in red.)

The choice is yours - you can have as many levels as you like - in any price sequence.
